Artistic Background
Tom Emmerson is a 19 years old photographer born and raised in London. He started shooting when he was a very young boy using only a smartphone. At the age of 15, he discovered the magic of a camera and since that time, Tom didn’t go anywhere without it. Tom is maybe the youngest fashion photographer who worked for prestige brands such as Burberry, Converse, Helmut Lang, Gosha, and others.

London Street Style and Creative Energy
Tom Emmerson became famous for his Instagram photos. With a group of friends that work as models, he creates unique fashion photos. His inspiration comes from skating and skate culture. London born, the young photographer is also fascinated with the cityscape. London inspires him with different architecture and interesting people. But the real magic happens in the inner world of the photographer. This work makes him happy, and as the photographer claim, he: “always found the idea of being able to freeze a moment in time fascinating.“

Fashion and Portrait Photography by Tom Emmerson
Tom Emmerson collaborated with Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy as a model, but he also got a chance to create some interesting portrait pictures of the other models while sitting on the floor of the dressing room. Fashion photos are inspired by street style clothes and ’70.
The photographer also worked on Helmut Lang’s campaign (2018). The brand celebrated the two-decade NYC anniversary and promoted a new collection of hoodies and tees through global taxi initiative. The campaign took place in different cities: London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Paris. Tom Emmerson pictured the drivers of London’s popular black cabs.
